We are conveniently located downtown near Eau Clair, Calgary, Alberta. Our office is easily accessible by car, with parking nearby, close to transit, and connected to the plus 15 network, just a quick walk away for those working downtown. We also offer virtual therapy across Alberta, which is great for those in rural areas.

Your first appointment is a 50-minute intake session. This is a guided conversation to get to know you and understand what you would like to work on changing.

I sure do! I even offer early bird sessions before work and lunchtime sessions, to make it easy for you to include time to focus on your wellbeing in your day.

Virtual therapy is a great option for busy people, if you don’t want to get out of your pajamas on your day off, and if you live in a rural area. We offer PIPA compliant service through Owl Practice and We-Mind for processing sessions. It’s a simple as clicking a link to get started in the comfort of your own home!

That depends! What are your goals and how quickly would you like to see healing happen? Therapy is an investment in you and the work you put in makes a difference! We typically see you either weekly or biweekly, this helps keep you on track and committed to creating the change you want to make. We will explore your unique needs and create a plan together that fits for you. Like you, we are committed to helping you reach your goals as soon as possible.

Yes, if your health benefit plan covers you for a Registered Social Worker (RSW), and most do. I’ll provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit after payment.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone; I reserve a limited number of reduced fee spots (based on financial hardship).

Work life balance is important for your therapist. We return emails and calls at our earliest convenience, within business hours Monday-Thursday. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or the Suicide Crisis Helpline at 988.
